Spot most of Africa’s Big 5 from the safety of a 4×4 vehicle in their natural habitat on a malaria-free game reserve. Led by an experienced game ranger you’ll search for lion, white rhino, buffalo, elephant, kudu, zebra, wildebeest and giraffe – just to name a few. Leopards are rarely seen.

Wander along the Garden Route – a piece of paradise on the south-eastern coast of South Africa. Search for most of Africa's Big 5 animals in their natural habitat, from an open 4×4 vehicle in a malaria-free private game reserve.

Set your sense of adventure free; bungy jump, walk along forest footpaths, canoe in Wilderness and interact with African wildlife.

 

Day 1 : CAPE TOWN – OUDTSHOORN


Early morning pickup from your accommodation in Cape Town CBD or Stellenbosch.


Along South Africa's famous country road, Route 62, you'll capture the beauty of high mountains, twisting passes, rugged Karoo plains, vineyards and orchards.


Explore the underground chambers of the Cango Caves, an illuminated wonderland of subterranean magic and mystery. The tour will explore the narrow passages and vast halls filled with colorful ancient stalactites.

-Overnight in Oudtshoorn.

Day 2 : OUDTSHOORN – SEDGEFIELD


Fall in love with rescued, gentle giants with an optional Elephant Bush Walk. Learn about their background and behaviour as you walk with them in a natural setting.


Canoe in the Wilderness National Park or wander along forest trails for a pure nature encounter.


3,2,1, Bungy!(Optional with extra costs) Face your fear and experience the world's highest bungy jump at Bloukrans Bungy bridge.

-Overnight in Sedgefield area.

Day 3 : SEDGEFIELD – CAPE TOWN


Spot some of Africa’s Big Five wild animals from the back of an open 4×4 vehicle in a malaria-free private game reserve on a 2,5 hour game drive. Search for giraffe, white rhino, kudu, lion, elephant, zebra and wildebeest, to name a few. The game drive is led by an experienced game ranger, sharing his knowledge of the local wildlife as well as other antelope species, birdlife, and insects.


Explore the Garden Route's fauna and flora on foot with a tranquil bush walk. Follow a ranger as he tracks wildlife and teaches you some of the medicinal values of indigenous plants.

– Late evening drop-off ( ±6 to 9pm) in Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Somerset West or Strand areas


– The exact itinerary is subject to change and may, on occasion run in reverse or different order.


– DOUBLE or TWIN room packages are priced per person sharing (pps) and require 2 persons to book together.

Animal sightings vary – Leopards are elusive, solitary and largely nocturnal by nature, and so are rarely seen.
